EXEMPTION FROM SUBSECTION 85 (1) OF THE ACT — STATE OF NEW YORK

1. New York is designated as a reciprocating state and a bus inspected in the State of New York is prescribed as a class of vehicle for the purposes of subsection 85 (2) of the Act. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 594, s. 1.
