GROSS WEIGHT ON BRIDGES

Historical version for the period October 1, 2003 to March 14, 2004.

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. No person shall move a vehicle or combination of vehicles on, over or upon a bridge described in Column 1 of Schedule 1, 2, 3 or 3.1 if the gross weight of the vehicle or combination of vehicles is greater than the weight in tonnes set opposite in Column 2. O. Reg. 383/03, s. 1.

2. No person shall move a vehicle or combination of vehicles of a class described in Column 2 of Schedule 4, 5, 6, 9 or 10 on, over or upon a bridge described in Column 1 if the gross weight of the vehicle or combination of vehicles is greater than the weight in tonnes set opposite in Column 3.
