TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The functions of the Director of Titles referred to in the sections set out in Column 2 of Schedule 1 of the Acts set out opposite thereto in Column 1 of Schedule 1 are transferred to the Director of Land Registration. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 693, s. 1.
2. (1) The functions of the Director of Titles referred to in the sections set out in Column 2 of Schedule 2 of the Acts set out opposite thereto in Column 1 of Schedule 2 are transferred to the Director of Land Registration. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 693, s. 2 (1).
(2) Despite subsection (1), the Director of Titles shall retain concurrent authority to perform the functions transferred under subsection (1). R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 693, s. 2 (2).
