STANDARD WARD ACCOMMODATION

1. The standard ward accommodation in a hospital listed in Schedule 1 or 4 of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 made under the Health Insurance Act shall not be less than the percentage of the total bed capacity of that hospital as is determined from time to time by the Minister.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 794, s. 1.
