MOTORIZED SNOW VEHICLE OPERATORS’ LICENCES

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. An applicant for a motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence shall produce evidence satisfactory to the Minister that the applicant has,
(a) attended a course of instruction in the safe operation of motorized snow vehicles recognized by the Minister; and
(b) passed a test of knowledge and competence approved by the Minister. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 805, s. 1.
2. A motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence shall expire upon the issuance of a driver’s licence to the holder of the motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 805, s. 2.
3. No person having a valid or suspended driver’s licence shall apply for, secure or retain in his or her possession, a motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 805, s. 3.
4. The fee is $7 for a motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence and for a duplicate if the original is lost or destroyed. O. Reg. 527/91, s. 1.
