TAX ARREARS AND TAX SALE PROCEDURES

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The tax arrears procedure of the Act shall apply and the tax sale procedures of the Municipal Act and the Education Act shall not apply to,
(a) the local municipalities in Schedule 1;
(b) the local municipalities in Schedule 2;
(c) the area municipalities in Schedule 3;
(d) all school boards, except separate school boards in an unorganized township or unsurveyed territory within the territorial districts in Schedule 4; and
(e) a school board listed in Column 2 of Schedule 5 having jurisdiction in territory without municipal organization within the territorial district set out opposite thereto in Column 1 of Schedule 5. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 816, s. 1.
