GENERAL

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The lands and premises having the assessment roll numbers set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “defence property’’ in section 1 of the Act. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 817, s. 1.

2. (1) The municipalities set out in Column 1 of Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of the Act.

(2) A municipality set out in Column 1 of Schedule 2 that receives a payment or grant instead of taxes in respect of defence property for elementary school purposes shall allocate, for those purposes, the portion set out in Column 2 to the boards that have jurisdiction in the municipality.

(3) A municipality set out in Column 1 of Schedule 2 that receives a payment or grant instead of taxes in respect of defence property for secondary school purposes shall allocate, for those purposes, the portion set out in Column 3 to the boards that have jurisdiction in the municipality.

(4) A municipality set out in Column 1 of Schedule 2 that receives a payment or grant instead of taxes in respect of defence property for elementary and secondary school purposes shall allocate, for those purposes, the portion set out in Column 4 to the boards that have jurisdiction in the municipality.
