DESIGNATION OF AREA OF DEVELOPMENT CONTROL

Historical version for the period July 5, 2002 to November 28, 2004.

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The area of land within The Niagara Escarpment Planning Area set forth in the Schedule is designated as an area of development control. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 826, s. 1.

2. In section 1, the reference to the Schedule means the Schedule to Regulation 683 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1980, as the Schedule read on the 31st day of December, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 826, s. 2; O. Reg. 193/91, s. 1.

3. Despite section 2, paragraph 22 of the Schedule to Regulation 683 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1980, as it read on the 31st day of December, 1990, shall be deemed to read as follows:
