R.R.O. 1990, REGULATION 831

FEES

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. (1) The fee for a commission appointing a barrister and solicitor as a notary public is $145.

(2) The fee for a commission appointing a person other than a barrister and solicitor as a notary public is $110.

(3) The fee for a commission reappointing a person other than a barrister and solicitor as a notary public is $75. O. Reg. 299/92, s. 1.

2. Section 1 does not apply to a commission appointing as a notary public for Ontario a person who is an employee of,

(a) the Government of Canada;

(b) the Government of Ontario; or

(c) a municipality in Ontario where the application for the commission is made upon the request of the head of the municipality. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 831, s. 2.
