GENERAL

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. (1) For the purposes of clause 2 (2) (e) of the Act,

“amount” includes payments made or required to be made within one year with respect to a contract or series of contracts of a similar nature entered into at the same time. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 934, s. 1 (1).

(2) For the purposes of clause 2 (2) (e) of the Act, the amount prescribed is $50. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 934, s. 1 (2).
