This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
1. The Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice or the Court of Appeal, when postal service is disrupted or was disrupted so that notices or documents in fact are not being carried or were not carried through the mail, may extend any time prescribed by or under the Act or the rules governing procedures under the Act in order that parties to proceedings not be prejudiced by reason of the disruption.
