This Regulation is made in English only.
1. For the purposes of subsection 78 (10) of the Act, the Province of Ontario is designated as a certification area. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 993, s. 1.
2. Section 1 does not apply to those parts of the Province of Ontario to which the Land Titles Act applies. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 993, s. 2.
