DESTRUCTION OF SECURITIES
Consolidation Period: From February 5, 1991 to the e-Laws currency date.
No amendments.
This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) The Minister of Finance may destroy securities issued and held by the Province of Ontario if the securities are of no further value because they have been paid, cancelled or redeemed by the Province. O. Reg. 31/91, s. 1 (1).
(2) The Minister of Finance shall prepare and retain a destruction certificate listing the destroyed securities. O. Reg. 31/91, s. 1 (2).
