Health Cards and Numbers Control Act, 1991
ONTARIO REGULATION 147/91

GENERAL

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
1. The following persons are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 2 (3) of the Act:
1. A person who manufactures health cards under a contract with the Province of Ontario.
2. The Canadian Institute for Health Information.
3. The Workers’ Compensation Board.
4. The Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences.
5. A medical officer of health under the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
6. A person working on behalf of the project called HIV Ontario Observational Database.
