EGGS — EXTENSION OF POWERS OF THE CANADIAN EGG MARKETING AGENCY

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. In this Regulation,

“eggs” means eggs of a domestic hen produced in Ontario other than hatching eggs. O.Reg. 786/91, s. 1.

2. The Lieutenant Governor in Council grants to the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency constituted under the Farm Products Marketing Agencies Act (Canada) authority to regulate the marketing within Ontario of eggs and, for that purpose, to exercise the powers that it may exercise with respect to eggs marketed in interprovincial or export trade under paragraphs 22 (1) (d), (j), (k) and (m) of that Act. O.Reg. 786/91, s. 2.
