DISPOSITION OF FUND FOR PRODUCERS OF VEGETABLES FOR PROCESSING

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The Processing-Vegetable Financial Protection Board shall dispose of the Fund for Processing Vegetable Producers by,
(a) paying $29,431.50 to the Ontario Food Processors’ Association;
(b) paying $25,000 to the Minister of Finance; and
(c) transferring the balance of the money in the Fund, other than money required for the purposes of paying the expenses of the Board, to The Ontario Vegetable Growers’ Marketing Board. O.Reg. 672/92, s. 1.
2. The Board shall submit to the Minister a complete statement showing,
(a) the disposition of the Fund; and
(b) any amounts to which the Board is entitled under the Act that have not been recovered. O.Reg. 672/92, s. 2.
