FEE FOR LATE PAYMENT OF FINES

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

1. The administrative fee payable in respect of a fine the payment of which is in default is,

(a) $10 for fines imposed after the 12th day of April, 1987 and before the 16th day of December, 1992;

(b) $20 for fines imposed on or after the 16th day of December, 1992.  O. Reg. 679/92, s. 1.
