FEE FOR LATE PAYMENT OF FINES

Fee for late payment of fines

1. The administrative fee payable for a fine in default is,

(a) $10 for fines imposed after the 12th day of April, 1987 and before the 16th day of December, 1992;

(b) $20 for fines imposed on or after the 16th day of December, 1992 and before the 1st day of January, 2016;

(c) $40 for fines imposed on or after the 1st day of January, 2016. O. Reg. 350/15, s. 1.
