SMALL CLAIMS COURT JURISDICTION

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) The maximum amount of a claim in the Small Claims Court is $6,000.
(2) The maximum amount of a claim over which a deputy judge may preside is $6,000. O. Reg. 92/93, s. 1.
