This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) Contracting parties to a contract for the marketing of grain corn, soybeans or canola are exempt from the application of section 23 of the Act. O. Reg. 659/93, s. 1 (1).
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to parties to a contract for which a notice under subsection 23 (2) of the Act has been given to the Director before the day this Regulation is filed. O. Reg. 659/93, s. 1 (2).
