This Regulation is made in English only.

Prescribed Institutions

1. (1) Each institution listed in Column 1 of the Table is prescribed as a university for which a foundation shall be established by the Act. O.Reg. 731/93, s. 1 (1).

(2) The name listed in Column 2 of the Table opposite an institution listed in Column 1 is prescribed as the name of the foundation established by the Act for that institution. O.Reg. 731/93, s. 1 (2).
