1. Ontario Regulation 949/93 made under the Regional Municipalities Act applies, with necessary modifications, to a by-law passed by the District Council under subsection 150 (1) of that Act by virtue of subsection 128 (1) of the District Municipality of Muskoka Act. O. Reg. 950/93, s. 1.
