ZONING AREAS — TERRITORIAL DISTRICT OF COCHRANE, GEOGRAPHIC TOWNSHIP OF KEEFER

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. In this Order,

“dwelling unit” means one or more habitable rooms occupied or capable of being occupied as an independent and separate housekeeping establishment in which separate kitchen and sanitary facilities are provided for the exclusive use of the occupants;

“seasonal dwelling” means a building containing only one dwelling unit used for recreation and not occupied as a permanent residence. O. Reg. 15/94, s. 1.

2. One seasonal dwelling together with buildings and structures erected, located and used on each parcel of land on the plan of subdivision referred to in paragraph 1 of section 5. O. Reg. 15/94, s. 5.

3. Every use of land and every erection, location or use of buildings and structures on the land described in paragraph 2 of section 5 is prohibited except,

(a) conservation uses; and

(b) public utilities. O. Reg. 15/94, s. 3.

4. Every use of land and every erection, location or use of buildings or structures on the land described in paragraph 3 of section 5 is prohibited except,

(a) parking uses; and

(b) boat launching uses. O. Reg. 15/94, s. 4.

5. This order applies to those parcels of land in the geographic Township of Keefer in the District of Cochrane more specifically described as follows:

1. Each of Lots 1 to 13 inclusive on Plan 6M-461 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane (No. 6).

2. Blocks 14, 16, 17 and 18 on Plan 6M-461 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane (No. 6).

3. Block 15 on Plan 6M-461 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane (No. 6). O. Reg. 15/94, s. 5.
