MILL RATE ADJUSTMENTS
UNDER SUBSECTION 75 (4) OF THE ACT

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. In each year from 1994 to 1999, inclusive, the rates of taxation of the City of Sarnia for general purposes that, but for this Order, would have applied to all real property and business assessments in the merged area of the Town of Clearwater shall be decreased by the product obtained by multiplying those rates by the corresponding factor listed below:

1994	0.4363
1995	0.3797
1996	0.3174
1997	0.2488
1998	0.1734
1999	0.0904

2. In each year, the amount of the reduction in the tax levies of the City of Sarnia occurring as a result of the adjustments under section 1 shall be charged to the general funds of the City of Sarnia and shall be recovered by increasing the rates of taxation for general purposes that, but for this Order, would have applied to all real property and business assessments in the merged area of the City of Sarnia.
