This Regulation is made in English only.
1. For the purpose of clause 30 (f) of the Act,
“pending before the Ontario Court (General Division)” means before the Ontario Court (General Division) on an appeal from the Commissioner;
“proceedings” does not include a court action started in the District Court before September 1, 1990 when it was merged with the Ontario Court (General Division). O. Reg. 466/94, s. 1.
