Public bodies

1. The following are public bodies for the purpose of the Act:

Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario.

The Law Society of Upper Canada.

Ontario Pension Benefits Guarantee Fund.

Ontario Power Authority

2. Ontario Power Authority is a public body for the purposes of the Act.  O. Reg. 418/04, s. 1.

Note: On January 1, 2015, section 2 is revoked and the following substituted: (See: O. Reg. 281/14, ss. 1, 2)

Independent Electricity System Operator

2. The Independent Electricity System Operator is a public body for the purposes of the Act. O. Reg. 281/14, s. 1.

Export Development Canada

3. Export Development Canada, a corporation established by section 3 of the Export Development Act (Canada), is a public body for the purposes of the Act.  O. Reg. 454/08, s. 1.

Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada

4. Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada is a public body for the purposes of the Act.  O. Reg. 45/09, s. 1.
