ONTARIO REGULATION 154/95

PRESCRIBED COUNTIES

1. On or before December 31, 1997, a plan shall be prepared and adopted and submitted to the approval authority for approval as an official plan by the council of the following municipalities:

1. The County of Bruce.

2. The County of Grey.

3. The County of Hastings.

4. Revoked: O. Reg. 117/98, s. 1.

5. The County of Lambton.

6. The County of Middlesex.

7. Revoked: O. Reg. 117/98, s. 1.

8. The County of Perth.

9. The County of Simcoc.

2. On or before September 30, 1998, a plan shall be prepared and adopted and submitted to the approval authority for approval as an official plan by the council of the following municipalities:

1. The County of Huron.

2. The County of Wellington.

3. On or before December 31, 1998, a plan shall be prepared and adopted and submitted to the approval authority for approval as an official plan by the council of The County of Hastings. O. Reg. 117/98, s. 2.
