Note: On the day subsection 4 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 comes into force, the title to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted: (See: O. Reg. 559/21, s. 1)

1. For the sole purpose of borrowing money from the Province of Ontario or a provincial agency, section 274 of the Corporations Act applies to the Centre. O. Reg. 389/95, s. 1.

Borrowing
1. For the sole purpose of borrowing money from the Province of Ontario or a provincial agency, subsection 15 (1) of the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 applies to the Centre. O. Reg. 559/21, s. 2.
