DESIGNATION — TARO AGGREGATES LTD.

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. In this Regulation,
“Taro Aggregates Ltd.” includes,
(a) any person related to Taro Aggregates Ltd. or Philip Environmental Inc. by ownership, and
(b) any person who is a party to a contract with Taro Aggregates Ltd. or Philip Environmental Inc. respecting any undertaking described in section 2. O. Reg. 391/95, s. 1.
2. Any enterprise or activity by Taro Aggregates Ltd. of disposing solid non-hazardous waste from industrial, commercial and institutional sources on Lots 25 and 26, Concession VI, City of Stoney Creek, Regional Municipality of Hamilton-Wentworth is defined as a major commercial or business enterprise or activity and is designated as an undertaking to which the Act applies.
