PAYMENTS BY DESIGNATED EMPLOYERS UNDER SECTION 43 OF THE ACT

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) Every employer listed in Column I of Schedule 1 shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund the amount listed in Column II of Schedule 1 opposite the employer’s name no later than March 15, 1996.
(2) An employer shall deliver the payment to the Ministry named in Column III of Schedule 1 opposite the employer’s name and shall make the payment by cheque or by such other method of payment or transfer as an official of the Ministry authorizes in writing.
(3) Subject to the approval in writing by an official of the Ministry, the employer may pay the amount by instalments, the last of which is payable no later than March 15, 1996. O. Reg. 546/95, s. 1.
2. (1) Every employer listed in Column I of Schedule 2 shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund the amounts listed in Columns II and III of Schedule 2 opposite the employer’s name no later than the dates listed in those columns.
(2) An employer shall deliver the payments to the Ministry of Education and Training and shall make the payments by cheque or by such other method of payment or transfer as an official of the Ministry authorizes in writing. O. Reg. 546/95, s. 2.
3. The amounts payable under sections 1 and 2 relate only to the period commencing April 1, 1995 and ending on March 31, 1996. O. Reg. 546/95, s. 3.
4. (1) Every employer listed in Column I of Schedule 3 shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund the amount listed in Column II of Schedule 3 opposite the employer’s name no later than April 15, 1996.
(2) An employer shall deliver the payment to the Ministry named in Column III of Schedule 3 opposite the employer’s name and shall make the payment by cheque or by such other method of payment or transfer as an official of the Ministry authorizes in writing.
(3) The amounts payable under this section relate only to the period commencing June 14, 1993 and ending on March 31, 1994. O. Reg. 546/95, s. 4.
