RATING BY-LAWS—EXTENSION OF TIME

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. For 1996, the time for the council of the County of Hastings to pass rating by-laws to raise the general county levy under subsection 374 (2) of the Act and to raise a special county levy for roads under subsection 374 (3) of the Act is extended to June 30, 1996. O. Reg. 250/96, s. 1.
