RATING BY-LAWS—EXTENSION OF TIME
Note: This Regulation became spent some time before January 1, 2004.
This Regulation is made in English only.
1. For 1996, the time for the council of the County of Oxford to pass rating by-laws to raise the general regional levy under subsection 84.2 (2) of the Act and to raise a special levy for library purposes under subsection 84.2 (3) of the Act is extended to June 30, 1996. O. Reg. 251/96, s. 1.
