RATING BY-LAWS — EXTENSION OF TIME

1. For 1996, the time for the council of The Regional Municipality of Niagara to pass a regional rating by-law to raise the general regional levy under subsection 135.5 (3) of the Act is extended to June 30, 1996. O. Reg. 252/96, s. 1.
