ONTARIO REGULATION 456/96

GENERAL

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

1. All crimes described in the Criminal Code (Canada) are prescribed for the purposes of paragraphs 3 and 4 of subsection 2 (1) of the Act.  O. Reg. 456/96, s. 1.
