FINANCIAL REPORTS BY HOSPITAL SUBSIDIARIES

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. (1) Every hospital subsidiary shall provide a copy of its most recent audited annual financial statements to the Minister,

(a) within 30 days after this Regulation is published in The Ontario Gazette;

(b) on or before June 30, 1997, if more recent audited annual financial statements have become available since the copy was provided under clause (a); and

(c) on or before June 30 of each year after 1997.  O. Reg. 553/96, s. 1; O. Reg. 184/98, s. 2 (1).
