DEEMING ORDER (BLIND RIVER AND SUBURBAN PLANNING BOARD)

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. (1) Ontario Regulation 409/82, as it read immediately before its revocation under section 2, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law of the Blind River and Suburban Planning Board under section 34 of the Act. O. Reg. 42/97, s. 1 (1).

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as By-law Number 002 of the Blind River and Suburban Planning Board until changed by the Board. O. Reg. 42/97, s. 1 (2).
