Joint Investments — designation of additional persons under subsection 420 (1) of the act

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The following are prescribed, for the purposes of subsection 420 (1) of the Act, as persons with whom a municipality may enter into joint investment agreements:

1. A local board as defined in section 1 of the Municipal Affairs Act other than a school board.

1.1 A foundation established by a college established under the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002 whose purposes include receiving and maintaining a fund or funds for the benefit of the college.

2. An agent of a local board described in paragraph 1 or 1.1.  O. Reg. 77/97, s. 1; O. Reg. 388/02, s. 2; O. Reg. 285/09, s. 1.
