DESIGNATION — NOTRE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. In this Regulation,

“Notre Development Corporation” includes any person related to Notre Development Corporation by ownership and any person who is a party to a contract with Notre Development Corporation respecting any undertaking described in section 2.  O. Reg. 221/97, s. 1.

2. Any enterprise or activity by Notre Development Corporation of disposing of waste at Adams Mine, an abandoned open pit mine located approximately 10 kilometres southeast of Kirkland Lake in the northwest quadrant of the geographic Township of Boston in the District of Timiskaming, is defined as a major commercial or business enterprise or activity and is designated as an undertaking to which the Act applies.  O. Reg. 221/97, s. 2.
