DEEMED DISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES (SCHOOL AUTHORITY JURISDICTION) — TAX RATES

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. For the purpose of clause 257.12 (3) (a) of the Act, each of the following district school areas shall be deemed to be a district municipality, unless and until it becomes or is included in a municipality:

4. For the purpose of clause 257.12 (3) (a) of the Act, the portion of The James Bay Lowlands Secondary School District that is not within the municipality of Moosonee shall be deemed to be a district municipality, unless and until it becomes or is included in a municipality.
