SECOND INSTALMENT PAYMENT OF SCHOOL TAXES IN 1998

1. The time for paying instalments referred to in paragraph 2 of subsection 257.11 (1) of the Act is extended to October 30, 1998. O. Reg. 346/98, s. 1; O. Reg. 500/98, s. 1.

2. Instalments referred to in paragraph 2 of subsection 257.11 (1) of the Act shall be paid to the Province rather than to boards. O. Reg. 346/98, s. 2.
