FARMLAND AND MANAGED FOREST LAND FOR 1998

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. For the purposes of subsection 21 (3) of the Act,

“farmland” means land that is farmland for the purposes of subsection 21 (5) of the Provincial Land Tax Act;

“managed forest land” means land that is managed forest land for the purposes of subsection 21 (5) of the Provincial Land Tax Act. O. Reg. 492/98, s. 1.
