This Regulation is made in English only.
1. Section 20.15 of the Act does not apply to an application by the Ministry of the Environment for an environmental compliance approval in respect of the use, operation, establishment, alteration, enlargement or extension of one or more waste disposal sites at the Deloro Mine Site in the County of Hastings if the waste was produced at the Deloro Mine Site or is otherwise related to the Deloro Mine Site.
