EXEMPTION — DELORO MINE SITE

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. Sections 30 and 32 of the Act do not apply to an application by the Ministry of the Environment for a certificate of approval for the use, operation, establishment, alteration, enlargement or extension of one or more waste disposal sites at the Deloro Mine Site in the County of Hastings if the waste was produced at the Deloro Mine Site or is otherwise related to the Deloro Mine Site. O. Reg. 577/98, s. 1.

Note: On the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 7 to the Open for Business Act, 2010 comes into force, section 1 is amended by striking out “Sections 30 and 32 of the Act do not apply to an application by the Ministry of the Environment for a certificate of approval for” at the beginning and substituting “Section 20.15 of the Act does not apply to an application by the Ministry of the Environment for an environmental compliance approval in respect of”.
