Employees’ Eligibility for Membership

1. (1) This section applies with respect to the duties of employees of associated employers described in clause (c) of the definition of “associated employer” in section 1 of the Act. O. Reg. 84/99, s. 1 (1).

(2) Every service, program or thing to which an employee’s duties relate is a prescribed service, program or thing for the purposes of subsection 9.1 (3) of the Act. O. Reg. 84/99, s. 1 (2).
