GAS WITHOUT CHARGE OR AT A REDUCED RATE

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
1. (1) No person shall use or consume any gas that was supplied without charge or at a reduced rate under an agreement entered into with a gas distributor for which the supplying of gas without charge or at a reduced rate is a consideration. O. Reg. 100/99, s. 1 (1).
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an agreement or renewal of an agreement made before January 1, 1955. O. Reg. 100/99, s. 1 (2).
