DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY — CHISHOLM, MOONBEAM, THE NORTH SHORE
Consolidation Period: From April 15, 1999 to the e-Laws currency date.
No amendments.
This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The Minister's authority to give consents under section 53 of the Act is delegated to,
(a) the council of The Corporation of the Township of Chisholm with respect to applications for consent made before December 21, 1998 whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 1;
(b) the council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Moonbeam with respect to applications for consent made before April 15, 1999 whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 2;
(c) the council of The Corporation of the Township of The North Shore with respect to applications for consent made before April 15, 1999 whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 3. O. Reg. 227/99, s. 1.
2. (1) If any authority delegated under this Regulation is further delegated to a committee of council or to an appointed officer under subsection 5 (1) of the Act, the council shall forward to the Minister a certified copy of the delegating by-law within 15 days of its passing. O. Reg. 227/99, s. 2 (1).
(2) The delegation under this Regulation is not terminated by reason that the condition set out in subsection (1) is not complied with. O. Reg. 227/99, s. 2 (2).
