Amending O. Reg. 672/00

(Ontario Media Development Corporation)

1. The definition of “Minister” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 672/00 is revoked and the following substituted:

“Minister” means the Minister of Culture unless the context indicates otherwise.

2. Section 10 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Chief executive officer

10. (1) A chief executive officer of the Corporation may be appointed under the Public Service Act.

(2) The chief executive officer of the Corporation shall manage and administer the Corporation, subject to the supervision and direction of the Board.
