Amending Reg. 415 of R.R.O. 1990

(Grapes for Processing — Plan)

1. (1) Section 1 of the Schedule to Regulation 415 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. This plan may be cited as the “Ontario Grapes for Processing Plan”.

(2) Section 4 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. There shall be a local board to be known as “Grape Growers of Ontario”.
