Amending Reg. 400 of R.R.O. 1990

(By-laws for Local Boards)

1. Clause 6 (b) of Regulation 400 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “eight” and substituting “seven”.

2. Subsection 12 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.
