Amending Reg. 734 of R.R.O. 1990

(Establishment of Local Roads Areas — Northern and Eastern Regions)

1. The title to Regulation 734 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Establishment of Local Roads Areas — Northeastern and Eastern Regions

2. Schedule 109 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

EBY-GRENFELL LOCAL ROADS AREA

All of the Townships of Eby and Grenfell in the Territorial District of Timiskaming shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-448-8 filed with the Records Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on July 24, 2003.
